Ms. Kate Arnold was a housekeeper who lived on the premises for 65 years. Her presence is felt strongest in her formed room on the third floor, near the downstairs windows, and the ballroom. She is detected as a moving cold sport and other times by her soft footsteps. Her ashes are interred in the wall above her favorite chair and her room has not been touched.
